Refunds and Returns

Juju Marketplace is comprised of independent Sellers. Therefore, refunds, returns, and exchanges vary from Seller to Seller. To return your product, you should mail your product back to Seller no more than one (1) day after confirmed receipt of the goods that do not meet specification or item description.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Include all tracking numbers in your dispute case to Juju Market Place.
Juju Market Place will interfere and help resolve all dispute cases amicably.
Be aware that many Sellers of tangible Occult goods may have no-refund policies.

 

SELLER

Admin will play an active role in monitoring shipment of goods to Buyers. Because Juju Marketplace offers tangible goods, we expect shipment to be within SEVEN (7) days.

Do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.

 

As a seller on Juju Marketplace, you are expected to follow all house rules. SEE PROHIBITED LIST. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchase of any item at our site.

You must ensure that any transactional dispute is first resolved with the Buyer. Please note that your money is only credited to your account after we confirm shipment and delivery of goods. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product you supply. Please contact Admin with any questions.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a request for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 

Verified Seller Status

Some Sellers’ accounts will be credited before the goods are shipped, as we understand the need to prepare the goods for the Buyer. These accounts are referred to as having “Verified Seller Status.” The Verified Seller Status can be revoked at any time.

 

BUYER

Please report all allegations of misconduct to Admin. If a Seller asks you to send money directly or gives you their phone number, contact Admin. Juju Marketplace will not be responsible for any issues occurring from buying items from Sellers outside our site. We have a strong monitoring system in place to ensure all items meet the Buyers’ expectations. Please refer to our Prohibited List.

 

Shipping/Return 

To return your product, you should mail your product BACK TO Seller no more than one (1) day after confirmed receipt of the goods that do not meet specification or item description.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Include all tracking numbers in your dispute case to Admin.
